Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. All sales are final, and once we have begun work on your account, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your service with us, you may do so at any time by providing written notice to us. We will stop work on your account within five (5) business days of receiving your notice of cancellation. Any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the services we have provided and wish to dispute a charge, please contact us in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the disputed charge. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve the issue.
